Is the app free?

Yes. All features are completely free. We never charge survivors for access to support.

Is my data private?

All sensitive data (evidence, journals, safety plans) is encrypted and stored locally on your device. If you choose to use optional AI features, only the text you type is processed by Google Gemini AI — you are asked for explicit consent before this occurs. Your name, email, and account details are never shared. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

How do I report a bug or issue?
