At Beacon of New Beginnings, we understand that survivors may need to delete their account for safety or privacy reasons. We make this process as simple and secure as possible.

What Gets Deleted

When you delete your account, the following information will be permanently removed:

Deletion Timeline: Your account and data will be permanently deleted within 30 days of your request. During this period, you can contact us to cancel the deletion if you change your mind.

How to Delete Your Account

Method 1: In-App Deletion (Recommended)

  1. Open the Beacon of New Beginnings app
  2. Go to Settings or Profile
  3. Tap on "Account Settings"
  4. Select "Delete Account"
  5. Confirm your decision
  6. You'll receive a confirmation email
